Whisper The young senator and queen was sitting on a bench in the main market center of Coruscant, a smile on her lips as two guards stood gruffly behind her. She, on the other hand, was enjoying a grand tour of the planet. She was there as an ambassador, trying to keep her alliance here strong. She looked around the high tech shops from her seat next>
Whisper to a large fountain, wondering where to start.
Darwin_Sky The young Jedi would be strolling along the market center, taking a break from all the training over at the Temple. He was curious to see what the market has in offer for him today. Darwin had a tendency to collect certain things, and perhaps there would be something special.
Whisper standing up, she took a moment to look around, still lost here. The only people she had really ever met here were the two young Jedi from the temple she toured a few days before. She made her way over to the first person she noticed who seemed just as curious as her, Darwin. She coughed, her guards giving him a cool stare as she approached him>
Whisper and spoke, calmly. "Excuse me, sir. Do you happen to know the way to the nearest sweets store?"
Darwin_Sky Darwin continued to look around when he was approached by someone that seemed important. That was obvious, because the guards were standing behind her. The Jedi nodded, "Yeah, let me show you the way." He'd gestured for the lady to follow Darwin, as he went back to looking around.
Whisper smiled at him thankfully and bowed to him, "Thank you." She smiled and looked around gently, following along behind him. "Are you a native here?" She asked gently and canted her head curiously, wanting to make conversation with the new person.
Darwin_Sky He bowed back at the lady. The young Jedi continued to search for the nearest sweets store, as he divided his attention toward the lady. "You could say that. I wasn't born here on Coruscant, but I was raised here inside the Jedi Temple."
Whisper arched a brow at him and then smiled, "Oh, you're a Jedi then? I was just at the temple a few days earlier... I was meeting with a padawan named Drexil... he's a nice fellow." She nodded, chipper as ever.
Darwin_Sky Darwin nodded, "I'm familiar with him." He smiled lightly, continuing to walk with the lady until they came upon a store that sells sweets. "There ya go, ma'am."
Whisper slowly moved to enter the shop, the taller of her guards holding the door open for her. She smiled at Darwin. "Thank you, Sir Jedi..." She slipped inside the shop, if he wanted to join her he could, but she was focused on buying some chocolates.
Darwin_Sky He was in mood for some sweets anyway. The Jedi looked at the lady, "Name's Sky. Darwin Sky." He told her just as he allowed the guards to get inside first before entering into the shop himself.
Whisper would nod to him slowly, "I'm Whisper Triemer...Er, Queen of Naboo." She added, still unused to her title. The childish queen however, had her eyes on some fine looking fudge. She started ordering sweets in large quantity.
Darwin_Sky Darwin bowed once again, "Honored to be in your presence, Queen." He'd go ahead and order one of those fudges that the Queen had ordered in a mass.
Whisper chuckled at him, "Please, I'm no different than anyone else... I just make laws, you Jedi are those who go out and risk your lives for Justice..." She said, popping some candy into her mouth.
Darwin_Sky He'd go ahead and used a plastic spoon to grab a spoonful of the fudge. It went inside his mouth, and it was good. "Hmm...that's true. Then yet, we need leaders to look up to."
Whisper would nod in agreement to the young Jedi. "This is true, then we are both equally important." She concluded with another bite of fudge."Mmm, almost as good as the sweets back home." She murmered.
Darwin_Sky He went ahead and took another bite out of the fudge. "What's Naboo like?" Darwin has been to several planets, but he has never touched Naboo.
Whisper smiled to herself as she thought of home, "Its beautiful, and very peaceful." She explained. "I love it there very much...I miss it, but alas my trip here is for another few months."
Darwin_Sky He crossed his arms while taking another bite out of the fudge, "Let me guess. You're here for political reasons, hence your title as the Queen of Naboo."
Whisper nodded to him, "We are making sure that our trade continues with this planet, and thus why I'm here." She explained to him. "Not to mention I am a member of the senate."
Darwin_Sky Darwin chomped down on a few more spoonfuls of the fudge. "Right." The young man was a Jedi Padawan, and not a politician. He had no interest in politics, only to combat the evil and bring justice to the galaxy. That was his oath once he had entered the Jedi Temple here on Coruscant. "Whole lotta fun for you, I'm sure."
