Whisper would nod softly to Drex, "Of course you may, its too quiet out here." She waited for him to catch up before turning and walking at his side, "How fairs your training? I haven't been able to visit many of the Jedi recently, I've been stuck in debates." She rolled her bright blue eyes, "You think I'd learn to love them by now, but alas I--..." > Whisper Her left guard coughed, indicating she was talking too much again, and thus she hushed with an almost childish pout.
Caanan The toxin was an insidious brew, that had no immediate effects, but was very nasty. It was a residual toxin, that infused the tissues of the body, the antidote only delaying the inevitable, which was a slow, very painful, wasting death. Now came the deception, he moved suddenly, and with a great deal of noise, making the sounds of an -c- Caanan intense, if short lived scramble and scuffle in the branches, before two forms came plummeting out of the branches in a tangle of mottled green cloak and black leather long coat, to strike the ground hard, the sound of bone breaking quite audible. He lay atop the still form beneath him, -c- Caanan mildly stunned by the impact, feigning near unconciousness, it had been quite the fall, and the armored form beneath him was not much of a cushion to land on. -d-
Drexel_Sair Offering the woman and her guard a smirk he straightened his cloak slightly. "My training is going rather well. If I stay on track, I'll be a knight in no time." He of course was only being so confident as a jest. He would make knight when ever the council deemed him ready. Until then, he was happy just helping those who needed it. Soon the -c- Drexel_Sair commotion caught his attention when the two fell to the ground and the sounds of breaking bone were caught by his ears he looked to the two guards. "Can one of you call for medical assistance? I am going to see what is going on." He then looked to Whisper "Hold that thought, I'll be right back." He then turned to the two on the ground and -c- Drexel_Sair used a padawan (level 2) life sense during his approach, who knows? One of them could have broke his neck.
Damion- A cloaked humanoid form stands by the entrance to these gardens, race, indeterminable due to the presence of a cloak pulled up over his head and the presence of a black breather mask with dark brown straps securing it in place over his lower face, a pair of black rimmed goggles with orange lens's covering his eyes. Though in general <C> Damion- he seems human enough. Why is he here? A exersize in focus, the use of power that he plans to conduct and yet it his heart just doesn't seem in it at the moment, his mind is, some what troubled and he cannot pin point why, hopefully something that in its own time will just clear itself out, perhaps a certain nervousness over what may <C> Damion- : may occur in a few months time though of late, he has spent more and more time away from his master anyway, no doubt a deliberate thing.
Whisper would yelp a little as she saw the two people fall, her eyes growing wider. Her two guards pull their blasters out on instinct and point them at the two men. They, however, stopped as Drex told them to call for a medic. The right guard pulled his comm out and made the call, while the left keeps his hands on his blasters just in case. Whisper > Whisper inches off to the side a bit, looking at them slowly and carefully, biting her lip. "Are they alive, Drexel?" She called, staying back as instructed.
Caanan such was the case with the armored form, the neck had broken in the impact, killing the bounty hunter. He himself though was quite alive, if still a bit groggy as the young man approached. He groaned out, "syphillis riddled son of a retarded bantha..." through gritted teeth that were flecked with blood. He had purposely bitten the inside -c- Caanan of his cheek to provide that blood, and placed his face so that it would strike one of the angled protrusions of the hunter's armor producing a rather nasty looking bruise that was already showing signs of becoming a real honey of a shiner. He rolled off the still form beneath him, biting a deep space oath squarely in half as he did. -d-
Drexel_Sair pausing by the figures he looked them both over and crouched beside the one sprawling on the ground. "Remain still, help is on the way. In the meantime, I can attempt to heal you if you let me." He wasn't going to just heal the man, some races only get irritated by it, others see it as rude to simply touch some one without asking first.
Damion- It would be the yelp that attracted some of his attention more than anything and took his thoughts away from what troubbled him, as well as the training he intended to do, he shall find out the cause of that first and then immediately attend to it, depending on the situation. Thus it would come to be that his feet, clad in the standard <C> Damion- boots of the jedi order begin to carry him in that direction, his pace steady but not hurried, afterall, theres nothing at the moment to sugest that he should go any faster, though it would not take him to long either.
Whisper flushed lightly at the..colourful choice of words the man laying on the ground gave, biting down softly on her own lip. Her right guard walked over to Drexel, "They're sending help to come get him, they said they'd be here in a few moments." With that he returned to Whisper, who was feeling a bit more relaxed about any more trouble arising but> Whisper was now deeply worried about the injured person.
Caanan drew a slow deep breath, the muscles of his face twitching at the pull in his chest from bruised ribs. Truth be told, he was no stranger to pain, infact he thrived upon it, the groaning and hesitant movements were simple relaxation of discipline, nothing more. "Thank you, no...my religion forbids any interruption of nature's own processes." -c- Caanan he said in a calm, if somewhat hoarse voice. His head turned to the still form beside him and he sighed, "Now learning who hired him will be much more difficult...blast the luck." With a wince he sat up slowly, as if forcing protesting muscles to move, which he actually was but could have managed the movement quite easily had there not been -c- Caanan the need for such...illusions. He looked around, and smiled inwardly, the bothan had taken advantage of the distraction to vanish back into the city, excellent. "It seems my client has decided discretion is the better part of staying alive." -d-
Drexel_Sair He gave a nod and offered the man a hand in getting to his feet, nothing un-natural about having a hand hold to help steady your' self. "What where you doing in that tree to begin with?" This question was next, if he didn't want medical treatment, he couldn't force it on him... but he could ask him about what just happened.
Damion- As he rounds the corner his eyes flick over the scene before him, taking in those standing and the dead body on the ground. His mask contains a amplifier that, well, makes it much easier for him to communicate in basic and his words, he directs them toward Drexel, a man who is obviously one of the order like himself <C> Damion- "Is everything, under control here?" his voice still comes out some what crackly and muffled sounding however, and no matter how hard he has tried he hasn't been able to hunt down the reason for that with any degree of satisfaction.
Caanan accepted the hand up with a nod of thanks, "I have been tracking down that hunter for two weeks, I managed to catch him setting up a perch here...so I took a spot higher in the tree, and waited. He has been after my client for some time, would have gotten him today too." He said in answer to Drex's question before he looked toward the masked -c- Caanan being that approached. The outward appearance was rather unmistakable, but he knew from experience such things could be used for a mere guise, so the being might not be truly Ubese. "No...not unless you can raise the dead..." he said with a wry smile and a slight wince as the smile pulled on his bruised face. -d-
Drexel_Sair as the medical personnel arrived they rushed to the body on the ground, attempting to revive it as they gave the man a short look over, making sure he didn't suffer a concussion but nothing further if they were stopped.
Damion- : He slowly reaches up and pulls back the hood exposing his perfectly bald head, it tilting slightly to one side before he murmers. "Unfortionately not, but I think it would make living itself rather more pointless if I could hmm?" a moments pause. "Perhaps I should rephrase it as, any further threat of violence I should be aware of?" <C> Damion- : though he doubts it if they are going to stand around exchanging witty remarks, his feet carrying him a little to one side, out of the way of the paramedics.
Caanan The corpse would remain a corpse, the brain stem had been severed by the crushing of the atlas, as for himself the dark skinned man had only bruises and scrapes, and accepted only a self cooling patch for the bruise on his cheekbone that blended with the color of his skin. "None that I know of..." He said quietly after thanking -c- Caanan the medics in an abrupt but polite manner. "I am called Razor...and that was Tooliba Shaust..." he indicated the body, which would be secured for transport to the nearest morgue, as he studied the two men. The cut of the robes were similar between them, though one was wearing an armored version. "Two jedi walk into a bar...-c- Caanan one turns to the other and says...'ouch' " Yeah so his jokes were horrid...he obviously wasn't a comedian. -d-
Damion- : "I think that joke should be classed as a crime against the republic." he seems relaxed, though he keeps a eye on the body and on caanan, it makes him wonder exactly what occured here. "No doubt the police will want your statement on what exactly occured here, I wouldn't mind hearing it myself. On the dead guy that is, not the joke."
Drexel_Sair only offers a nod, agreeing with the other robed figure as he spied the Planetary Security making their way over. "Yes... standard procedure with a death, get all the information you can for government record."

Drexel_Sair remained in the temple in a circular empty room. His form was in his usual armored robes but kneeling on the floor as he meditates about the events from the previous night. What was going on in the woods before he showed up? Why did he feel so at odds? Was there something on the horizon that didn't sit well with the force? All would be revealed Drexel_Sair in time.
▫Żошιє▫ walked up the steps, entering the Jedi Temple. Her hair was pulled back behind her shoulder's loosely. ...It was actually possible no one noticed she was gone for nearly 24 hours. Maybe a few would be concerned.. but she was excused from classes for about another week. She's decided to finish her training on her own, of course she'd accept> Whisper has left the conversation. ▫Żошιє▫ > guidance when it was offered to her. Jedi weren't technically allowed to leave the Temple Grounds un-supervised.. however she's been to quite a few planets, and has been on a number of successful missions for the Jedi Order already.. plus she was pretty lucky. Once up the stairs she slipped inside the tall doors.. her feet making the only> ▫Żошιє▫ > sound in the hallways. It was actually rather early for anyone to be stirring.
Drexel_Sair hearing the sounds he rose to his feet, his robes fluttering about his form as he turned to the door, his hood was down and the windows were behind him as he slid the door open to see who it was. The light framed him from behind, giving him the appearance of having a nimbus of light framing his body. He was calm and at peace with his -c- Drexel_Sair surroundings. Why wouldn't he be? This felt more like than any other place he's been so far.
▫Żошιє▫ quietly.. walked past the door. She actually looked a bit disheveled.. her hair was messy.. her tunic looked as if she threw it on in a hurry. She glanced to the open doorway for a moment.. the light was friggin bright.. and it half blinded her.. causing her to trip over her own two feet and flail.. crashing to the ground.. O.o
▪Everly▪ would have been meditating at such an early hour, preparing her mind for the day of training that lay ahead of her. She sat in her room, breathing...feeling the calmness of the temple... until the crashing sound outside of her room made her eyes shoot open. Standing, the young padawan entered the hallway, staying though near the door that had > ▪Everly▪ slid closed behind her, she turned her head in the fallen girl's direction. "Are you ok?" Drexel_Sair raising a brow he slid into the hall way and lowered his hand down to Zowie, his voice was low and soft but also calm and strong. "Careful... we don't want you getting hurt." his frame was still slightly framed in the light, giving him a near angelic glow. Which went well with his white and tan armored robes.
▫Żошιє▫ took his hand and stood. "Erm... Thanks... heh.." She looked to Everly.. Zowie's face was flush with embarrassment. "Yeah... I fall a lot." She was pretty clumsy sometimes. She quickly attempted to straighten herself out.. fixing her tunic and adjusting her belt. Damnit.
▪Everly▪ made her way down the hall towards the two of them, nodding, "Drexel...isn't it? I'm bad with names..." She looked to Zowie and giggled, "Be careful when the floors are waxed then." She teased, offering her a hand. "I'm Everly, just Eve is fine...and you are?"
Drexel_Sair he gave a nod to Everly as she recited his name, his form lifting Zowie up rather easily and taking on more of her weight than she was allowed to hold, in case her legs or ankles were hurt in the fall. "Lets get her somewhere she can sit down for a bit." How odd to run into two friends in the same spot like this. Nothing harmful, but a muse.
▫Żошιє▫ waved her hands a little.. "No.. no I'm fine, really I am." She did look slightly pale.. "My name is Zowie.. it's nice to meet you Eve." She offered her a small bow at the waist out of respect.
▪Everly▪ looked the girl over a few times, "You just took a spill, so I agree with him...this way?" She motioned them towards the lounge room, where the Jedi could relax between training. "The sofa is rather nice in here..." Drexel_Sair he was taking almost all of her weight and walking her to the room with no complaint. Though she could feel a slight hug in the way he held her, this was likely due to their friendship and the news of recent events. Once by the couch he lowered into a sitting position and helped straighten her tunic. "You look rather pale... are you alright?"
▫Żошιє▫ nods her head silently.. "I'm fine really... just didn't get much sleep, so I'm a bit off." Her voice wasn't as cheerful as it normally would be. She offers a small smile to Eve, who doesn't look much older than she is. "I didn't mean to disturb you... either of you." She was also never one to be overly formal.. it's like she's a different> ▫Żошιє▫ > person.
▪Everly▪ would walk at their side, offering them both a gentle smile along the way. She settled in to Zowie's other side, the girl now between them. "You did no such thing." She waggled her finger at her slightly. "Sorry if I'm prying but what's kept you from rest?"
Drexel_Sair he would notice these changes and give Everly a concerned look before sitting beside Zowie. "Zowie... you know interrupting me has never been an issue... what's going on?" She was rather different now. But what caused it? ▪Everly▪ : annnd the lack of sleep is making my brain go to mush...so I think I best ptfo]]
▫Żошιє▫ frowns.. "It's a long story.. I really don't want to talk about it.." Last night was the most sleep she's gotten in a week.. she should feel fantastic. "It's a lot of stress really.." Which is the truth. She's felt the pain of loss.. and she blames herself for that loss.. causing guilt, and regret.. and sometimes anger.
▪Everly▪ would glance at Drexel for a moment, she didn't know this girl but...even a stranger could see something was wrong. "Maybe you should try and get a na..." and that was when her comm beeped. "Oh Sod the time... I have to go help get the younglings ready for their day... It was nice meeting you, Zowie, please feel better." She smiled, getting up.
▪Everly▪ "And it was nice seeing you again, Drexel." She waved to both as she hurried away.
Drexel_Sair he waved to Everyly as she left before turning his attention back on Zowie. "I won't force you to tell me... but when you do feel like talking... will you tell me?" He turned slightly towards her and rest one hand on her knee, he was generally concerned. He was the one to always donate his time to helping others, donate blood to the med -c- Drexel_Sair centers, and even feed the needy in soup kitchens.
▫Żошιє▫ sighs softly.. "You already know." She's known Drex the longest out of everyone here at the temple. Briefly she looks to Eve.. "I will.. and it was nice meeting you too." She tried a small smile. Should she tell him about the weird plant man?
Drexel_Sair he sighed at her response and took a moment before speaking. "I know what happened... but I feel there is more... something you're not telling me. Regardless. I won't force you to tell me. You're perfectly capable of determining for your' self when you're ready to talk." His eyes rose to hers, despite where she may or may not be looking. Drexel_Sair : My door is always open, so you can always talk to me.
▫Żошιє▫ definitely wasn't making eye contact. "I know... I know." She saw Drex as an older brother.. he was always there if she needed him. ".....I just.. feel guilty." She took a deep breath. "I should have reacted.. I should have done.. *something*...."
Drexel_Sair his hand rose from her knee to wrap his arm about her and draw her into a hug, he knew all of this was terribly difficult for her to deal with. "It's not your' fault Zowie... you can't save everyone. You're still learning, just like I am. We're expected to make mistakes and everyone in the order knows that at some point our lives may be lost-c- Drexel_Sair in the line of our work. We accept this and press on to help others." he loosened his grip and looked back to her eyes. "Do you think your' master would have wanted you to worry so much about loosing him that... this or worse happens to you?" He was rather close to her, but he had never let that get in the way of being a Jedi. besides, he -c- Drexel_Sair faith in her abilities.
▫Żошιє▫ took in his words and had even hugged him back. "No... he wouldn't.. and I know all that.. I just can't shake the feeling and I feel like it's eating me from the inside out.."
Drexel_Sair he continued to hug her frame to his, rubbing her side as he felt her return the hug. He couldn't say much to help her feel better, so instead he just held her smaller frame to his armored one. At times he felt he should watch over her like she was a younger sister. This was one of those times.

Drexel_Sair he listened to her and nodded to her words as he began to think of a way around that and then looked to her as she asked that question. "No, everyone should be fine in a week or so. Nothing a trip to the medical bay can't fix."
▪Everly▪ sighed and used accelerated healing on the girl, smiling, "Everyone is fine, no one died... " She gently stroked her shoulder as she used the force power on her friend. "Just lay down and relax, you need to rest in order to stop hurting."
Fᴀнʀɪ : + She nodded. "May be weird to hear from someone like me, but I'm glad." Killing was part of the job, sure. But most of the time the person who had the hit out on them deserved it. This was different; these Jedi had done nothing wrong. She had taken the job because it was easy, and she needed the credits. +
Drexel_Sair he raised his brow at her words. She didn't want anyone to get hurt but he just gave a nod. "So am I. Though I imagine if helping the law paid better, you'd leave your' current role as a scoundrel?"
Fᴀнʀɪ : + Fahri looked up at him with narrowed eyes, a smile sort of building on her face. "I don't know. I'm so good at what I do. Besides, the law doesn't forgive and forget very easily. I've pulled one too many fast ones over them. I'm wanted on a few systems." +
Drexel_Sair : I'm sure if a jedi vouched for you, you'd be forgiven more easily...
Fᴀнʀɪ : + She smiled. "I appreciate the offer, Jedi. But I think I'm right where I need to be. Nestled between Justice and Injustice. I'm walking a thin line between right and wrong but I think I'm better off that way." She pushed herself off the fountain, sliding her thumbs into the bottom of her suspenders. "What ended up happening to that dark jedi?" +
Drexel_Sair : She ran off, outnumbered, out matched, alone, and we were surrounding her. It was the most strategic time for her to retreat.
Fᴀнʀɪ : + She nodded. "Good. Means I still get my other half of the payment." She grinned. Though she may not be too happy to see me, having failed an' all..." She shrugged after a moment and looked back at him. "So." She glanced back at him then to the temple. "Am I wanted or anything...? Y'know, with the Jedi Order?" +
Drexel_Sair he shook his head to her. "No, you left peacefully when given the option. We don't hold grudges nor do we attack some one who isn't hostile... like what you did to us." He felt he had to remind her of that fact. Still, he was armed and not once did he make even a flinch towards his saber. "I'm glad we came to a peaceful resolution and because-c Drexel_Sair of that, if the darksider goes after you, we will protect you."
Fᴀнʀɪ : + "...wow, that's...really good to hear, actually. The first time I fought a Jedi she was not very understanding at all." She chuckled, shaking her head in nostalgia. +
Drexel_Sair her reaction seemed to be surprise at his response. Then she said why and he only raised a brow curiously. "You fought a jedi? Mind telling me what happened?"
Fᴀнʀɪ : + "Well..." she said, moving to stand directly in front of him before sliding her dreadlocks over one shoulder and pulled aside her vest, "this is what happened." Just above her breastbone, a long horizontal scar marked her porcelain skin. "I jumped just in time to avoid getting decapitated. But not quick enough to avoid getting this permenant >> Fᴀнʀɪ : reminder of why I never go up against force users. And not long after that," she said, adjusting her vest back over her skin, "I found out about Cortosis." +
Drexel_Sair as she stood just before him he looked into her eyes, then as she adjusted the vest he glanced down, he'd blush if she showed more than that. His hand very gingerly tracing the scar through his armored gloves. "Why was this jedi trying to kill you?" He looked back to her eyes once her vest was fixed, though he didn't say it, he normally kept-c- Drexel_Sair his saber on stun. He didn't want to kill some one unless there truly was no other way and stun provided him with an alternative.
Fᴀнʀɪ : + She reacted to the cool metal touch and shivered a little. She shrugged a little after he asked why the Jedi had attacked him. "I mean...I stole a very massive amount of information from her ship." She moved to sit back down beside him, pretending not to notice his blush. "I don't think she was truly a light sider." +
Drexel_Sair he noted her shiver and figured it was simply the chill from the armor as he retracted his hand. With the information she gave him he would nod. "It does sound a bit off to me. A jedi would try to reach a peaceful solution to the matter before drawing a weapon, and she tried to end your' life. To me, that screams darksider." He then took a -c- Drexel_Sair a pause before looking back to her eyes. "Can you tell me what the information was pretaining to? Or does your' job require you not to?"
Fᴀнʀɪ : + "I'm actually not too sure. My employer said not to ask, or look at the information. So, I didn't." What a total lie. Fahri looked at the information as soon as she had gotten onto her ship. But she never told a soul. +
Drexel_Sair For some reason he didn't believe that. It could be true and he had nothing disproving her words. Despite that he let it go. Even if she did lie, so what? She's a scoundrel. "Alright."
Fᴀнʀɪ : + "So. What were you doing out here? Meditating or....?" She asked, unsure of what Jedi actually did in their spare time. +
Drexel_Sair : I was out for a walk, thinking that I might donate some of my time at a shelter or soup kitchen to help the needy... Not everyone can use the force, so it's the job those who can to help and protect those who are in need.
Fᴀнʀɪ : + She nodded. "Very noble of you." Fahri smiled, and moved to stand again. Much like in her job, she could never sit still for very long. "I should probably be going." +
Drexel_Sair Offering her a nod, he dug out a datacard and slid it into his datapad before offering it to her. "That has my comm channel on it if you ever need to reach me." As she moved to rise to her feet, one of his hands rose to aid her.
Fᴀнʀɪ : + She smiled, taking the card and putting it into her back pocket. She took his hand after it was offered, impressed by his courtesy. It was rare people were this polite anymore. "Thanks. I will." The bounty hunter grinned, and moved to walk away, waving in the same way she did the day before. +
Drexel_Sair his eyes followed her until she was out of sight, then he turned back to the fountain to think things over and if they tied to what happened the day before. If worse came to worse, he wanted to be prepared. Then he walked off through a different exit to do charity work with his spare time.

"There is no emotion; There is peace. There is no ignorance; There is knowledge. There is no passion; There is serenity. There is no death; There is the Force."
The Jedi code was recited out loud to no one in particular as his frame sat in the meditation chambers in his usual robes. His saber lying on the floor before him. Though this was one he was making, not one issued to him like the one he had been using. As he sat he focused on the parts and called to the force to lift them into the air before him.
"There is no emotion does not mean that we, as Jedi, have no emotions, but rather that these emotions do not control us or our actions. If we allowed that, our judgement and critical thinking would be skewed. There is peace means simply that we are at peace with our selves so that we may be in peace with our surroundings, each other, and the force."
The blue crystal floated up to the center of the mass of parts as he began to concentrate on it, attuning himself to it the way a Jedi attunes to the force so they may work in unison.
"There is no ignorance does not mean that we can't be ignorant. But rather we try not to rule out any possibility. Things are not always as they seem. There is knowledge does not mean we are all-knowing, as nice as that would be, but rather that we try to take in as much knowledge as we can so we are better equipped to mediate others and bring peace to the galaxy."
The crystal locks into the emitter as the pieces begin to come together. A power source floats into the pommel for easy replacement, the frame floats in tight to hold it all together as the case begins to shut around it.
"There is no passion, passion can cloud the mind as easily and readily as emotion and is more easy to give into. Passion can often lead to the Darkside by instilling emotions of jealousy and the fear to loose some one. There is serenity, by allowing the force to guide us and trusting in it we will be at peace."
The screws slip into their holes and twist seemingly on their own, tightening the casing together and holding the unit together. Then the saber, fully assembled hovered there before Drexel as his eyes looked it over and his hands came to his waist level, palm up, and opened before him.
"There is no death, all things die and pass on. But there is a bigger picture. Death is not an end to a life but rather a part of a cycle. There is the force, the force which is in everything. From the small ants that scurry in the ground, to the gigantic Calamari Kraken. If it is alive, it is tied to the force and when its' body dies, its' mind, its' spirit, joins the force."
The saber lowered down into his hands which closed gently about the newly forged weapon. The one he was given hung on his left hip. This one was fastened to his right and he rose before heading out of the room.
